okay, so i've mastered this flickr thing and now have BETTER and MORE photos from moto. pretend like this never happened before. look now and love the giant orange orb!

Dude, Moto looks INSANE!
A few months ago, there was an article in New York Magazine about Wylie Dufresne, which you might find interesting (I don't have it anymore). He's created fried mayonniase and serves it as part of his deconstructed BLT. He talks alot about the science of food. You have to read it.
