UPDATE: Mother's Bread Pudding

what they dont tell you is the cooking utensils are totally crucial and need to be those that have been used specifically for mothers bread pudding for years and years! truly, this is the secret to uno and due's pizza - the pan -- and to many a brownie recipe

ooh crap! i totally thought it was the booze! well, we'd better start cooking that bread pudding on a weekly, if not daily basis, in order to achieve the appropriate patina on our cookware.

next sunday? as in the 16th? sure, if the mesdames delicious and deepfry care to visit me on san juan island! otherwise, perhaps, a remote cook-off that spans the miles of the pnw, overly-photo-documented for the record.
